Tourism Innovation Program holds and online event: “Market Management during Covid-19 Self-Adjustment”

Wednesday March 2, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. – Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies, Khon Kaen University, by the Tourism Innovation and Management Program held an online seminar on “Market Management during Covid-19 Self-Adjustment” and “Marketing for the Society from Direct Business Experiences”. Assoc. Prof. Chayada Surawanitkul, Ph.D. was the keynote speaker in the event, who shared the knowledge and direct experiences from online marketing and businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic in the community, with emphasis on returning benefits to the community. The participants, who were students of the program, obtained perspectives of the speaker in business transaction from the online marketing process and in modifying business patterns under an external condition such as Covid-19. The speaker also shared the global trends in marketing, giving ideas and inspiration to the students. The seminar was also open to the public who were interested to share their experiences. At the end, there was a conclusion session when attendants presented what they obtained from the seminar.
