KKU’s ‘Tu Pan Suk’ serves again – with love and well wishes from ex-students to present students during Mid Term

Division of Student Development and Alumni Relation has placed 2 ‘Tu Pan Suk’ or “Happy Boxes”, one at the Division of Student Development and Alumni Relation and the other one at Man Dormitory 12. These boxes serve during the Mid Term Examination, Academic Year 2020 from February 15 until February 19, 2021.

The 2021 Happy Boxes serve during the Mid Term Examination period and are aimed to send love and well wishes from the alumni to the students so that they will be healthy both physically and mentally during the Mid Term time. The alumni see that Covid-19 is still in town, even though the situation is not severe, there are people receiving impact from the economic slow-down and decreasing incomes. The alumni is therefore giving consumption food and stuff to the students who might be in trouble.

KKU’s ‘Tu Pan Suk’ or “Happy Boxes” is another thing that connects the elder ones and the younger ones. During the spread of Covid-19 at the beginning of 2020, the Division of Student Development and Alumni Relation and the Khon Kaen Alumni Association mobilized funds under the event called, “Pi Nong Soo Covid-19” (ex-students and present students fight against Covid-19 together). Then, there were these happy boxes that served KKU students for 3 months to help the students and families who were affected from the spread of Covid-19. The purpose is similar this time.

The Division of Student Development and Alumni Relation thanks Khon Kaen University Alumni – Engineering Class 13, for the consumption food and goods that will be put in the boxes for KKU students on February 15-19, 2021.
