Khon Kaen University (KKU) invites faculty members, staff, students, alumni, and the general public to attend the “Jao Por Mor Din Daeng Homage Ceremony for the year 2025.”
The ceremony will take place on Friday, 14 November 2025, at the Thammasathan Pavilion, Jao Por Mor Din Daeng Shrine, Khon Kaen University. This traditional event serves to express respect, faith, and gratitude towards the sacred protector of the University and marks a long-held tradition that KKU continues to preserve and uphold.

This year, the University has adjusted the format of the event to better suit the modern context while maintaining the solemnity and elegance of the ritual. The duration of entertainment (Lakhon Mohorasop) has been reduced to place greater emphasis on activities celebrating the achievements and preserving the royal aspirations of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother.

This will be followed by a ceremonial dance (Ram Buang Suang) and Thai classical music performance by students from the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts.
- Evening Session (18:00 hrs onwards): A ceremony of heartfelt tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, along with cultural performances by the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts.
