On December 25, 2068, the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University (KKBS), held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with the Khon Kaen Chamber of Commerce at the Fah Kram Meeting Room, 1st Floor, Building BS.01. The ceremony was honored by the presence of executives from both organizations, including Asst. Prof. Pongsutti Phuensane, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, along with Pongphan Sathatip, Ph.D., Associate Dean for Industrial Relations and Sustainability. Also in attendance were Mr. Jakkrit Siriphanich, President of The Khonkaen Chamber of Commerce., and Mr. Atorn Kantavathira, Secretary-General of The Khonkaen Chamber of Commerce.

The aforementioned initiative aims to drive the development of higher education curricula that integrate the concept of Lifelong Learning. This endeavor focuses on enhancing professional skills that can be applied in careers and contribute to livelihood stability, under the “New-Generation Graduates Production Project.” This project prepares the workforce to meet the demands of both the public and private sectors, now and in the future. Furthermore, this collaboration seeks to integrate knowledge from academic institutions and the private sector to jointly design and develop curricula that address real-world challenges, thereby elevating the skills, knowledge, and competencies of learners for effective application and readiness to adapt to changes in the current labor market.

This collaboration reflects the synergy between the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, and the private sector in elevating the quality of education and expanding lifelong learning opportunities. Concurrently, it aims to cultivate students into highly competent and readily employable graduates, who will serve as vital assets in driving the economic and social development of Khon Kaen province and the region towards stable and sustainable growth.
