Building a Network of Nursing Student Leaders: KKU and BRU Exchange Ideas on Activity Development

On 18 March 2026, the Faculty of Nursing at Khon Kaen University welcomed a delegation from the Faculty of Nursing, Buriram Rajabhat University (BRU). Held at Room 2204, Faculty of Nursing, Khon Kaen University, the visit was organised with the objective of exchanging knowledge and strengthening the operational capacity of their respective student unions.

The study visit was officially welcomed by Associate Professor Ampornpan Theeranut, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at Khon Kaen University. The programme focused on key topics, including “Student Union Management Systems and Guidelines for Organising Student Activities” and “Student Mental Health Care Systems.” These themes align with the critical need to promote the quality of life and well-being of students in the modern era.

Following the knowledge exchange session, a summary of discussions and activities was presented, and participants were given the opportunity to engage in a question-and-answer session. The delegation was then guided on a tour of the Student Union of the Faculty of Nursing at Khon Kaen University, where they observed facilities and day-to-day operations in practice.

This study visit marked a valuable opportunity for network building and academic exchange between the two institutions, paving the way for enhancing the effectiveness and sustainability of student union operations in the future
