KHON KAEN – The Faculty of Dentistry at Khon Kaen University organized a human resource development program on April 8, focusing on enhancing communication and teamwork through the concept of “Psychological Safety.” The course, titled “Communication & Team Collaboration,” was designed to create a safe environment where staff can communicate to their full potential.

The primary objective of the event was to build an understanding of psychological safety and its importance in fostering effective team collaboration. The faculty aims to create a workplace where team members feel secure enough to express opinions, share knowledge, and work together efficiently.
The program featured expert speakers, including educational and vocational counselor Suchanya Buaruang, and psychologists Phu Kaeo-amphai and Sophakphong Rattanasinthawisuk. They delivered presentations and led practical sessions focused on developing skills in communication, deep listening, and providing constructive feedback to promote trust and cooperation.
Participants engaged in several workshops designed to encourage shared learning in a secure atmosphere. These included sessions titled “My Value (Build Respect and Acceptance),” “The Story of My Value (Listen Deeply),” and “The Ideal Leader.” The workshops prompted attendees to reflect, exchange perspectives, and build mutual understanding.

The university stated that the program is a key initiative in developing the potential of its personnel. By fostering an open and safe organizational culture, the Faculty of Dentistry aims to enhance collaboration and drive sustainable development for the future.
