Schedule:
09:00 AM – Distinguished guests, faculty members, staff, and disciples gather at the venue
09:50 AM – Arrival of 10 monks at the ceremonial hall
10:00 AM – The ceremony chairman lights incense and candles in homage to the Triple Gem
10:10 AM – The master of ceremonies invites participants to undertake the Five Precepts; the presiding monk administers the precepts
10:20 AM – Invitation for the chanting of Buddhist protective scriptures
10:25 AM – Monks perform Buddhist chanting
10:50 AM – Funeral robe offering ceremony (Bangsukun); monks contemplate the robes
11:00 AM – Offering of meals and monastic requisites to the monks
11:15 AM – Monks give blessings; ceremony concludes
