Target Participants

This workshop is designed for biologists, researchers, and individuals interested in transcriptomics data analysis who have little or no prior experience in bioinformatics or computer programming.

Training Topics

• Fundamentals of R programming for data analysis

• Data management and data visualization using the ggplot2 package

• Data quality assessment and exploratory data analysis

• Principles of Differential Expression Analysis

• Data visualization using Volcano Plots, Heatmaps, and Principal Component Analysis (PCA)

• Transcriptomics data analysis using the Galaxy platform

• Using Generative AI as an assistant for R programming
