The Museum and Lifelong Learning Center of Khon Kaen University is once again organizing its highly anticipated event, “Museum Glow Nights 2025: Radiant Nights,” taking place from August 1 to 3, 2025, between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM at the KKU Science Museum. The ceremony is held in celebration of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua, 28 July 2025, and aims to offer the public, youth, students, and interested visitors a unique opportunity to explore science through nighttime exhibitions and interactive experiences.
This year’s event is themed “GLOWNIVERSE: A Radiant Night from the Faraway Universe” and will transform the Science Museum with dazzling lights and vibrant colors. The exhibitions and activities blend Thai culture with science and technology, creating a one-of-a-kind learning environment after dark. Visitors can enjoy and participate in more than 24 themed exhibitions featuring light, sound, motion, and everyday science, along with a variety of creative activities designed for all ages. Highlights include glow-in-the-dark painting, glow tattoos, carnival-style games like air gun shooting, egg scooping, and lucky star draws—plus many other rotating activities throughout the event.
Held annually, Museum Glow Nights plays a key role in supporting Khon Kaen University’s mission as a hub for lifelong learning. The event also promotes cultural conservation and innovation in educational outreach, particularly among younger generations. This year, over 6,300 participants are expected to attend over the three-day period.
Admission fees are 60 THB for adults aged 12 and over, and 30 THB for children under 12 or those in primary school. Senior citizens aged 60 and above, as well as persons with disabilities, may join the event free of charge.
