Khon Kaen University has issued University Announcement No. 2259/2025 regarding the registration of graduates for the 2025 commencement ceremony, with details as follows:
To ensure that the registration process for graduates wishing to participate in the 2025 commencement ceremony proceeds smoothly and in accordance with University Announcement No. 1573/2023, dated July 10, 2023, on the criteria for graduates eligible to participate in the commencement ceremony, Khon Kaen University has stipulated the following:
By virtue of Section 37(1) of the Khon Kaen University Act B.E. 2558 (2015), and with the approval of the Commencement Ceremony Executive Committee for the 2025 ceremony in its Meeting No. 1/2025 on August 26, 2025, Khon Kaen University hereby announces the schedule and procedures for graduate registration as follows:

Graduates who wish to attend the commencement ceremony must receive an official invitation email to register as graduates for participation in the ceremony.

Graduates must complete their registration and order academic gowns via https://reg.kku.ac.th, and download the completed registration form at https://registrar.kku.ac.th/registerGraduate/ to proceed with the fee payment by scanning the QR code shown on the invoice. The registration process is open until Friday, November 14, 2025.

Graduates can check their successful registration status on https://reg.kku.ac.th, under the “Graduate Name List” section.

Graduates who fail to complete registration within the specified time frame will not be eligible to attend the 2025 commencement ceremony.
