program aimed at preparing students to become the next generation of leaders for the 21st century. The event, held on Saturday, September 6, 2024, featured prominent alumni sharing their professional experiences.

The program, officially titled “Developing 21st Century Graduates for Organizational Needs and Faculty Identity: Developing Young Leadership Skills,” took place at the Khon Kaen office of Aura Rich (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Assistant Professor Dr. Marasri Sortip, the Associate Dean for Student Development and Alumni Relations, delivered the opening remarks.

A key session was a special lecture by Dr. Nattawut Rungwong, who serves as the President of Ton-Tarn Corporation, an investment advisory securities company, and is also the first Vice President of the faculty’s alumni association. His talk, “Developing Oneself to Become a New Generation Leader in a Changing World,” covered his direct experiences in leadership roles and outlined a path for personal development. He emphasized the importance of 21st-century skills, team management in multicultural societies, and adapting to an era of disruption.

The afternoon included a forum titled “Student-Expected Activities and Motivations for Participation in an Era of Change.” This session provided a platform for students to share their perspectives and contribute to shaping future collaborative efforts.

The initiative highlights the need for modern professionals to possess not only knowledge but also strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills. The faculty aims to equip students with these leadership abilities to face both national and global challenges.

This project is a collaboration between the faculty and its alumni association. It seeks to enhance students’ potential in academics, life skills, and soft skills, aligning with the faculty’s strategic goals and its “KIND” identity. The ultimate goal is to cultivate knowledgeable, adaptable, and ethical young leaders prepared to use their skills for sustainable social development.
