Khon Kaen University (KKU) is set to host the “KKU DANCE TROUPE: Contemporary Isaan Dance Festival, 1st Edition,” a competition featuring creative contemporary interpretations of Isaan folk dance. The event will showcase innovative performances by students from five faculties within the university.
Participating faculties include:
- Faculty of Agriculture
- College of Local Administration
- Faculty of Education
- Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences
- Faculty of Law
In addition to the competition, the event will feature a special dance troupe performance with representatives from all faculties.
The festival is scheduled for Friday, October 10, 2025, starting at 6:00 PM. It will take place at the outdoor stage of the Khon Kaen University Art Gallery. Attendees are encouraged to come and support the students as they demonstrate their creative power in contemporary art.
