Sirikit Cardiac Centre Leadership and Staff Pay Respects to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother

(29 October 2568) Associate Professor Patrapong Makornwess, M.D., Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, and Director of the Sirikit Cardiac Centre of the Northeast, led the centre’s executives and personnel in paying their solemn respects to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother.

They offered tribute before the royal photograph, and the centre has also provided an opportunity for members of the public and service users to sign a condolence book. This act serves to acknowledge and commemorate Her Majesty’s immense benevolence and the countless royal duties she undertook for the well-being and happiness of the Thai people.

Associate Professor Makornwess stated that the Sirikit Cardiac Centre operates under Her Majesty’s unwavering commitment to the health of all Thai subjects, particularly those in remote regions far from major medical centres. Her Majesty graciously bestowed the name “Sirikit Cardiac Centre of the Northeast” upon the institution, establishing it as the regional hub for the prevention, treatment, care, and research of cardiovascular diseases for the people of the Northeast.

Currently, the Centre is entering its 33rd year of operation, upholding Her Majesty’s royal commitment. All personnel are profoundly grateful and offer their deepest condolences and loyalty, fully aware of Her Majesty’s immeasurable kindness.
