KHON KAEN – The Faculty of Economics at Khon Kaen University hosted the “Young Economist Mini Symposium 2025” on November 25, 2025, providing a national stage for students to present their research. The event was held in collaboration with the Bank of Thailand’s Northeastern Region Office.

The symposium’s opening ceremony was presided over by Songtham Pinto, Senior Director of the Bank of Thailand’s Northeastern Region Office. In his address, Mr. Pinto welcomed the students and highlighted the event’s role in preparing them for their professional futures. He stated that the symposium’s curriculum was designed to blend academic learning with insights into technology and digital adaptation, helping students develop essential skills, creativity, and a clear understanding of their roles.
