The Khon Kaen Administrative Court Office has announced an open invitation for government officials and the general public to participate in the first session of the “Enhancing Good Governance in Society Project” for the fiscal year 2026 (B.E. 2569).

The seminar, themed “Administrative Cases Concerning the Discipline of Government Officials: Focusing on Penalties Issued under Resolutions from the NACC and PACC Committees,” aims to impart knowledge regarding administrative law and promote correct, transparent, and verifiable operational practices within the state sector.

The training programme will be conducted online on Thursday, 18 December 2025, from 08:30 to 12:00 hrs. The event will be delivered via Cisco Webex Meetings, live broadcast on the Khon Kaen Administrative Court Office Facebook Live channel, and the All Cloud online learning centre system. These multiple platforms ensure convenient access for government agencies, state officials, and the public, with an expected attendance exceeding 700 participants nationwide.

The lecture will be delivered by two esteemed judges from the Khon Kaen Administrative Court: Mr. Watcharakorn Chantah and Mr. Panuwat Kraikaew. They will explain key issues regarding disciplinary penalties enforced following resolutions by the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) and the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC). The goal is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities of state officials and the corresponding administrative case procedures.

Registration for the seminar is open until 17 December 2025 via the QR Code specified in the public announcement materials, and participation is free of charge. The Khon Kaen Administrative Court Office intends for this programme to promote good governance and elevate the quality of public administration to a higher standard of transparency and fairness.
