The Graduate School of Khon Kaen University has officially launched “GS Admission”, a new full digital service system designed to streamline the graduate admissions process and enhance the applicant experience. The new system enhances the applicant experience through a range of advanced features, including dual identity verification via Email and ThaiD, a flexible data-entry function that allows applicants to revise their information multiple times prior to submission, and an integrated fast-payment gateway. Applicants may also apply for multiple programs within a single submission and access real-time updates on examination results and application status. For admissions staff across faculties and programs, the system offers significant workflow improvements. The upgraded system reduces repetitive procedures, enables staff to directly update program-specific admission information, supports rapid and convenient application review, and provides more flexible formats for entering selection results. The GS Admission system has been officially piloted since 1 December 2025, marking an important milestone in Khon Kaen University’s advancement toward a fully digital academic ecosystem.
