The conference served as a crucial platform for establishing networks and fostering cooperation in economics and management between higher education institutions in the People’s Republic of China and Thailand. A significant highlight was the launch of the China–Thailand Alliance for Industry–Academia–Research Cooperation in Management and Economics, a strategic partnership aimed at developing a high-level platform for industry, academia, and research. Representatives from leading Thai educational institutions, including Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University, Chiang Mai University, and Naresuan University, also attended the conference.

Cooperation within this network will focus on contemporary issues critical to regional and global economic development, such as supply chain management, digital economy, cross-border trade, and green finance. This initiative will also promote various forms of collaborative activities, including joint curriculum development, academic and student exchange programs, collaborative research projects, and cooperation with the industrial sector.

Participation in this international academic forum underscores the role of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, in driving international academic cooperation. It also reaffirms KKBS’s commitment to developing knowledge, research, and collaborative networks to enhance modern economic potential sustainably.
