The Faculty of Technology, Khon Kaen University (KKU), is hosting the grand international food festival, “International Food Fest 2026 by TEKKU,” held under the compelling theme “Old Meets New.” The event aims to blend the timeless charm of traditional cuisine with highly creative, modern culinary ideas. The festival will take place from 13 to 15 February 2026, between 16:00 hrs and 22:00 hrs, at the Faculty of Technology premises, Khon Kaen University.

The primary objective of organising this festival is to promote the exchange of various culinary cultures, provide a social area for students, staff, and the general public, and support new entrepreneurs with creative ideas for food presentation. The ‘Old Meets New’ concept focuses on combining classic, traditional dishes with modern, novel creativity. Attendees will experience a wide variety of food styles, including both Thai and international dishes presented in innovative formats. The festival atmosphere is designed to be relaxed, perfect for walking, shopping, and enjoying fun activities planned throughout the three-day programme. All members of the public are warmly invited to attend and contribute to the colourful atmosphere of the event.

The Faculty of Technology also invites vendors interested in participating in this major food festival, especially those with unique concepts and inspiring menus, who wish to present their food products in new ways and create memorable culinary experiences for all attendees.
