Khon Kaen University, 27 February 2026 – Khon Kaen University (KKU), led by Associate Professor Charnchai Panthongviriyakul, M.D., President of Khon Kaen University, received a donation of building paint products valued at THB 230,000 from TOA Paint (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The official handover ceremony took place at the Sirikunakorn 5 Meeting Room on the 6th floor of the Sirikunakorn Building.

Representing the University alongside the President were Associate Professor Pensri Jaroenwanit, Ph.D., Vice President for Student Affairs and Innovation Commercialization; Associate Professor Prapansak Chaveerach, DVM., Ph.D., Assistant to the President for Student Affairs and Innovation Commercialization; and representatives from the Faculty of Architecture and the Dormitory Services Office.

The executive team from TOA Paint (Thailand) Public Company Limited was led by Mr. Thanom Chinaworn, Deputy Director of Sales, accompanied by representatives from Charoen Saeng Phanit Paint Company Limited, an official TOA product distributor.

The donated products are designated for the landscape improvement and repainting of Female Dormitory 2 at Khon Kaen University. This initiative aims to enhance the building’s aesthetic appeal and create a more pleasant living environment for residents. The project aligns with the University’s ongoing policy to develop an environment conducive to students’ learning and well-being. The Dormitory Services Office plans to commence the repainting work during the upcoming academic break.

Following the handover ceremony, both parties discussed potential avenues for future academic and sports-related collaborations, aiming to strengthen and expand the partnership between Khon Kaen University and TOA Paint (Thailand) Public Company Limited.
