Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, KKU Wins First Place Award for Blood Donation – Highest Blood Donor Rate for Academic Year 2025

On Saturday, 14 March 2026, at 09:15 hrs., at the Prachak Phuaphoempoonsi Conference Room, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Khon Kaen University, the Central Blood Bank, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, announced the results of the Outstanding Blood Donation Activity Competition for the 2025 academic year. Associate Professor Dr. Anchalee  Techasen, Assistant Dean for Student Potential and Academic Development, represented the faculty in receiving the honor shield on this occasion.

The Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Khon Kaen University, received the Champion Award in the category of Highest Blood Donor Rate (units per number of students), reflecting the unity and dedication of students in giving back to society and their awareness of the importance of blood donation in saving patients’ lives.

Associate Professor Dr. Anchalee  Techasen, Assistant Dean for Student Potential and Academic Development, expressed her pride in the students of the Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Khon Kaen University, for collectively demonstrating the power of giving through blood donation, ultimately achieving this championship award.

“This award reflects the public spirit, selflessness, and awareness of the value of helping fellow human beings shown by all our students. The faculty will continue to support such meaningful activities in order to cultivate graduates who possess both knowledge and a generous heart.”
