Faculty of Science, KKU Achieves Prestigious EdPEx300 Recognition

 

   The Faculty of Science at Khon Kaen University has officially passed the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence evaluation, achieving the prestigious EdPEx300 level. This milestone highlights the Faculty’s commitment to academic excellence, institutional development, and international standards in education.

    The recognition was formally approved by the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. The decision was finalised during the 3/2026 meeting of the Subcommittee for the Educational Quality Development Project for Excellence on 25 May 2026.

     Assistant Professor Angkana Boonyued, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Science, expressed profound gratitude to the faculty members, staff, students, and alumni for their collective dedication. The Dean emphasised that this accomplishment belongs to the entire community and serves as a testament to the collaborative efforts driving the organisation forward.

       Achieving the EdPEx300 standard signifies a major advancement in the Faculty’s administrative, research, and educational frameworks. This evaluation system ensures that the institution operates with high efficiency, fosters innovation, and continuously improves its student development and community engagement programmes.
