On 26 June 2026, Ponsree and Chandeewanta, along with support staff from Khon Kaen University International College, visited key network partners and monitored alumni career progression prior to the main gathering scheduled at DoubleTree by Hilton Vientiane on 28 June 2026.

During this itinerary, the delegation from KKUIC met with H.E. Mrs. Krongkanit Rakcharoen, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Lao PDR, to discuss professional internship opportunities for students. The Royal Thai Embassy in Vientiane serves as a vital frontline government agency that plays a crucial role in strengthening diplomatic relations and supporting mutual human resource development between the two nations.

The delegation then visited RDK Group, a leading marketing and communication agency in Lao PDR, which serves as a study and professional training site for Lao alumni. Executives at RDK Group praised the capability of a former KKUIC student, noting clear strengths in marketing strategy formulation, language proficiency, negotiation, and public speaking confidence.

The delegation also visited the workplace of Mr. Daophichith Manivanh, a Lao alumnus in Tourism Management who currently serves as a Crowne Meeting Coordinator at Crowne Plaza Vientiane, the first five-star hotel under the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) network in Vientiane, to learn of his career progress.
