KKU, Faculty of Education Welcomes KNUE Delegation to Strengthen Academic Ties under CAMPUS-ASIA 6 Program

On 2 July 2026, at 10:00, at Meeting Room 1343, Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, Assoc. Prof. Issara Kanjug, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Education, presided over a welcoming ceremony for seven executives and graduate exchange students from the Korea National University of Education (KNUE), South Korea, led by Prof. Sohn Jungjoo, under the CAMPUS-ASIA 6 program. The delegation was warmly received by Asst. Prof. Nattapon Meekaew, Ph.D., Assistant Dean for Network Management and International Affairs, and Ms. Jinwara Runrit, International Relations Officer of the Faculty of Education.

In his welcoming speech, Assoc. Prof. Issara Kanjug, Ph.D., expressed his delight at the visit, emphasising that it reflects the strong friendship and ongoing cooperation between KNUE and Khon Kaen University. He noted that the programme provides an excellent opportunity for both institutions to exchange ideas, share experiences, and learn from one another, particularly in the fields of education, teaching, and curriculum development. He also encouraged the exchange students to immerse themselves in Thai culture and build meaningful friendships with KKU faculty members and students through the student buddy system.

The KNUE executives and exchange students are scheduled to visit schools and engage in curriculum and teaching exchanges at the Faculty of Education and external affiliated schools from 1 to 13 July 2026. This collaborative programme reflects deepening ties between the two institutions and strengthens academic collaboration across the Asian region.
