On 8 July 2026, the Faculty of Dentistry at Khon Kaen University (KKU) organised a special lecture titled “Competency Development through the My Talent@KKU Tool”. Held as part of the “High Performance Mindset & Productivity” project, the seminar aimed to build a shared understanding of workforce capability development, ensuring that staff competencies align with individual roles, responsibilities, and the institution’s broader development direction.

Assistant Professor Ajiravudh Subarnbhesaj, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, welcomed Mr. Sathit Kaewbudta, Director of the Human Resources Division at KKU, and the accompanying team of expert speakers. The delegation included Ms. Thippyamalee Charoenros, Senior Human Resources Officer; Ms. Narumon Donbantao, Human Resources Officer; and Acting Sub-Lieutenant Uraiporn Chonongsaen, Human Resources Officer. The speakers shared insights on utilising the My Talent@KKU application and exchanged practical experience in talent management, helping participants apply these frameworks to improve workplace efficiency.
This lecture forms part of the ongoing human resource development strategy driven by the Faculty of Dentistry. By prioritising the development of top-tier personnel and fostering continuous professional growth, the faculty leverages modernised administrative tools to facilitate its transition into a high-performance organisation.
Ultimately, this initiative reflects KKU’s broader commitment to organisational development. By equipping staff with advanced competency tools, the university ensures that its workforce is fully prepared to drive institutional missions forward, optimise public service delivery, and achieve long-term operational success.
