The result reflects the University’s comprehensive disclosure of important institutional information through its official websites, enabling members of the public to access and scrutinise its operations. The assessment report was generated on 3 August 2026.
OIT is an assessment of public information disclosed on government agency websites and forms part of the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA). In essence, it examines whether a public organisation has published essential information completely, clearly, and accessibly. The assessed information ranges from organisational structure, executives, plans, budgets, and public services to corruption-prevention measures.
According to the assessment report, Khon Kaen University received a full score beginning with O1, which covers organisational structure and authority. The assessor concluded that the University had disclosed the required information completely and awarded it 100 points. This result held consistently across all 26 indicators.
The first group of indicators covered the University’s fundamental information, including its organisational structure and authority, executive information, contact details and inquiry channels, and public relations news. These disclosures help students, staff members, stakeholders, and the general public understand the University’s roles and responsibilities and communicate with the appropriate units more easily.
In the area of administration, the University disclosed its strategic or institutional development plan, operational and budget-utilisation plans and progress reports, as well as its annual performance report. These materials provide systematic information on the University’s administrative direction, development priorities, budget implementation, and operational outcomes.
Regarding operations and public services, Khon Kaen University published operational manuals and guidelines for staff members, service manuals for users and visitors, and information about its online service systems, or E-Services. These resources enable service users to understand the relevant procedures, conditions, and communication channels, helping to reduce confusion and improve the speed and efficiency of service delivery.
The procurement indicators covered both monthly procurement results and the annual procurement summary.
