KHON KAEN, THAILAND — On 13 August 2026, the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy at Khon Kaen University organised the “KKBS Job Fair 2026”. This annual careers exhibition, recruitment fair, and cooperative-education networking event gave graduating students direct opportunities to engage with leading employers and apply for prospective roles. The event also gave students preparing for internships and cooperative education placements an essential platform to explore organisational profiles and structure their future career paths. Asst. Prof. Pongsutti Phuensane, PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered the welcoming address to participants.

The event featured recruitment booths, institutional displays, and direct networking sessions with representatives from prominent national and international organisations. Participating entities included the Department of Employment, CP ALL Public Company Limited, TISCO Bank Public Company Limited, Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd., BDO Audit Co., Ltd., Woxa Corporation Co., Ltd. (WOXA GROUP), CP Axtra Public Company Limited, The Heritage Grand Khon Kaen Hotel and Convention, Double A (1991) Public Company Limited, Lalamove Easyvan (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Interchange TH Co., Ltd. (Interchange Thailand), and The Walt Disney Company through its Disney International Programs. Additionally, Khon Kaen University’s online employment platform, KKU Career X, alongside KKBS postgraduate education guidance booths, provided students with direct access to career information, internship guidelines, and industry expectations.

The event’s centrepiece was a special guest lecture entitled “Crafting an Impactful Resume for HR: Preparing Gen Z for Career Success in the AI Era”, delivered by Mr. Pratchkawin Kittilertweerakul, a guest speaker from JOBTOPGUN. The session provided valuable insights into employer perspectives regarding Generation Z candidates, strategies for building optimised “Super Resumes” tailored for AI-driven screening systems, methods for identifying core competencies through assessments of strengths and hobbies, and comprehensive interview-preparation techniques for both on-site and online formats.
The successful hosting of KKBS JOB FAIR 2026 underscores the vital role of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, in bridging the gap between higher education and the business sector.
