The Demonstration School of Khon Kaen University has driven student development through the “SATIT EXPO Young Innovator Challenge 2026”, hosted on its own campus. The initiative creates a platform to nurture and empower learners across all educational levels—from early childhood and primary to secondary education—equipping them with creative thinking, digital competencies, and the qualities of global citizenship. Associate Professor Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, presided over the opening ceremony, while Assistant Professor Dr. Sarawut Jakpeng, Associate Dean for the Demonstration School, delivered the event report.
The event showcased more than 100 innovative academic and research achievements from students, teachers, and educational staff. The exhibitions spanned early childhood innovations, primary and secondary educational innovations, learning media, educational board games, scientific projects, and AI and robotics technology. The school also organised hands-on workshops—including Coding for Kindergarten and Art Therapy—alongside regional academic competitions such as the A-Math Challenge 2026 Northeastern Championship. The event drew broad engagement and collaboration from more than 20 partner educational institutions and organisations.
This initiative serves as a vital channel for strengthening practical knowledge and skills, and for inspiring innovation. It also channels the creative outputs of students and educators towards national competitions, commercial innovation, and sustainable societal contributions.
