The Graduate School, Khon Kaen University, organised the workshop project “GS Service Excellence 2026” under the concept “Good Personality, Professional Communication, Service from the Heart, Towards Excellence” on 7 September 2026, from 09.00–16.30 hrs. at Meeting Room 1, 4th Floor, Bimala Kalakicha Building, within the Graduate School. Prof. Dr. Kiatichai Faksri, Acting Dean of the Graduate School, presided over the event and delivered the opening remarks, with staff members of the Graduate School taking an active part.

At the event, Prof. Dr. Kiatichai Faksri highlighted the importance of personality development and service skills among staff as key factors in creating a positive image for the Graduate School and strengthening the confidence of students and visitors. He also expressed gratitude to all staff members for their cooperation in the project. He sincerely hoped that the knowledge and skills gained from the training would benefit their work performance and the quality of service they deliver going forward.

The Graduate School was honoured to welcome Ms. Sirin Prasertsang, Personality and Image Development Expert from ShiningStar Studio, Khon Kaen Personality Development Institute, as the guest speaker and activity facilitator throughout the day. The content covered four main workshops: Personality Development to Create an Impression, Effective Communication Techniques, Understanding Service Recipients from the Heart, and Handling Difficult Situations Professionally, along with role-play activities simulating real service situations of the Graduate School for practical application.

This project aimed to develop the personality and image of personnel to be suitable for their roles and responsibilities, enhance positive attitudes toward service, promote a service mind, and build effective communication and situational handling skills. At the end of the day, participants also brainstormed and extracted lessons learned from the activity to formulate good service guidelines for Graduate School personnel. The Graduate School hopes the training will help elevate the organisation’s service quality and image toward sustainable excellence.
