The Office of Academic Administration and Development hosts a comprehensive training workshop to standardise credit bank management and streamline the recording of learning outcomes across all faculties.
On 23 September 2026, Khon Kaen University (KKU), through the Office of Academic Administration and Development, ran a workshop on credit bank management in Sirikunakorn Room 3, Sirikunakorn Building. Assistant Professor Denpong Soodphakdee, PhD, Vice President for Education and Digital, opened the event and delivered a special lecture entitled “The Credit Bank System under Khon Kaen University Policy”.
The workshop brought together more than 50 participants, including executive administrators, academic staff, and operational personnel from various faculties who manage the university’s credit bank framework. The initiative aimed to prepare administrators for the rollout of the KKU Credit Bank and to establish unified standards for recording learning outcomes accurately and systematically.
Throughout the full-day event, participants took part in detailed sessions on the strategic policies and objectives of the KKU Credit Bank, official criteria and operational guidelines for credit accumulation, and practical system demonstrations. The programme also included hands-on training in recording course data and student profiles, concluding with an interactive forum at which attendees shared practical experiences and discussed solutions to common operational challenges.
This preparation goes beyond technical proficiency in using the system. It aims to build a robust network of faculty-level administrators capable of smoothly linking localised learning data to the central system. In this way, Khon Kaen University is strengthening its ecosystem for flexible, lifelong learning, ensuring that all educational achievements are systematically recorded and put to effective use for future personal and professional development.
