Contract Drafting and Business Legal Writing

   Key principles, procedures, and important laws related to contract drafting.

2. Contract Review, Revision, Management, and Risk Management
   Practical approaches to reviewing and revising contracts, contract management, contractual risk management, and interesting case studies.

3. Workshop: Contract Drafting and Business Legal Writing
   Hands-on practice in drafting contracts and preparing business legal documents under the guidance of experienced legal professionals.

Participants must attend at least 80% of the training sessions.
