MOU between Chulalongkorn University and Khon Kaen University

Monday November 29, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. – An MOU signing ceremony took place between the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Khon Kaen University and the Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University at Room 1301, Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Khon Kaen University. This MOU is for academic collaboration in performance communications, creation of a network of academics and artists in the field, dissemination and creation of works in performance communications through quality research, and for building a venue for exchanges of academic knowledge for professors, undergraduate students and graduate students.

The MOU was signed on Chulalongkorn University’s part by Asst. Prof. Tanasin Chutintaranon, Ph.D., Vice Dean of the Faculty of Communication Arts of Chulalongkorn University and on Khon Kaen University’s part by Asst. Prof. Burin Plengdeesakul, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Khon Kaen University. Before the signing ceremony began, Asst. Prof. Burin Plendeesakul, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Khon Kaen University welcomed Asst. Prof. Tanasin Chutintaranon, Ph.D., Vice Dean of the Faculty of Communication Arts of Chulalongkorn University and guests who witnessed the MOU signing. Next, Asst. Prof. Tanatporn Kittikong, Chairman of the Performance Practice Program of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, reported the background of this academic collaboration.

For the missions under this MOU, the two institutions will collaborate in performing research works that can be referred to in various forms such as creative research, in preparing graduates and exchanging of knowledge and information at different levels, in building a creative learning venue for in-depth learning and sharing, and in alternately hosting conferences on performance communications for sustainable learning programs of the two universities.
