KKU Library holds activities under social responsibilities in the festival: Khon Kaen University’s community services

September 16, 2022 from 09.00 a.m. to 16.00 p.m. – Khon Kaen University Library led by AAssociate Professor Supat Sinawat,  M.D., Director of KKU Library and the administrators and staff joined other organizations in KKU to hold the “Khon Kaen University’s Community Services” festival under the KKU CSV, Khon Kaen University for the society, of the fiscal year 2022. The event was organized at the second floor of Khon Kaen Railway Station. Assoc. Prof. Charnchai Panthongviriyakul, M.D., presided over the opening ceremony. The community service festival this year was cooperated by over 41 departments and organizations both from the University and outside. Khon Kaen University as the Learning center for all, arranged a booth for academic services, offering multiple learning activities to the interested public:

  1. 1. Metaverse Experience that was aimed to increase learners’ experiences through virtual learning by VR headsets and various modern devices
  2. 2. Passports for reading enhancement by sharing donated books to interested people in order for them to spend time usefully.
  3. 3. Knowledge Sharing – with the concept, ‘if you want your children to love reading, do not force them.”
  4. 4. Multiple learning activities such as painting and using 3D pens.
  5. 5. Virtual tour to the Archive Hall of Khon Kaen University.

Visitors were able to join these activities free of charge.
