KKU Advances Collaboration with Leading US Universities Under the IAPP Thailand 2025 Programme

29 October 2568 – Khon Kaen University (KKU), led by Associate Professor Nawarat Wara-aswapati, D.D.S., D.M.Sc., Vice President for International Affairs, and Assistant Professor Acharawan Topark-Ngarm, Ph.D., Assistant to the President for International Affairs, along with representatives from various faculties, welcomed delegates from leading higher education institutions in the United States. The delegation was visiting Khon Kaen University as part of the International Academic Partnership Program (IAPP) Thailand 2025.

The discussions focused on exchanging views and exploring avenues for cooperation in research, student and personnel exchange, and collaborative curriculum development. These efforts aim to raise educational standards and strengthen the international academic network.

The IAPP Thailand 2025 Programme aims to enhance academic cooperation between higher education institutions in Thailand and the United States. For the year 2568 (2025), the focus areas are Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and the Digital Economy. The goal is to prepare personnel and students to effectively address the rapid changes occurring in the contemporary global landscape.

This collaboration marks another significant step for Khon Kaen University in driving its internationalisation mission and creating continuous new opportunities for students and faculty to learn and work with overseas partners.
