An academic from Khon Kaen University’s Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies has received the “Outstanding Idea Award” at a recent international conference in South Korea.
Assistant Professor Dr. Jesada Sotthipinta, a lecturer in Applied Science, was recognized at the International Conference 2025, themed “Rethinking Business Management and Technology with Generative AI.” The event was held at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), a leading science and technology institution. A celebratory event for the achievement was held on August 29, 2025.
The award honors creative and high-potential research concepts that promise to expand knowledge in the fields of business management and technology. The conference served as a platform for exchanging the latest ideas on applying Generative AI to revolutionize these sectors.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Jesada stated that receiving the award is not only a source of pride for himself and his faculty but also a demonstration of the capabilities of Thai researchers on the global stage.
