Khon Kaen University Honored for National Devotion and Support to 23rd Military District

Khon Kaen University (KKU) was recently recognized for its unwavering support and dedication to national institutions during the 26th anniversary of the 23rd Military District (23MD). The university received an honorary plaque acknowledging its role as an organization that upholds the nation, religion, and monarchy, while consistently contributing to the missions of the 23MD.

The ceremony, held on September 28, 2568 (2025), at the Sri Patcharin Camp in Khon Kaen Province, included religious rites such as a Buddhist chanting ceremony and a merit-making event. These rituals involved offering robes and meals to ten monks at the camp’s Buddhist sanctuary.

Following the religious observances, an awards ceremony took place to present plaques of honor to various supporters of the 23rd Military District’s operations. Khon Kaen University, represented by Mrs. Natsamol Tanakulrungsarit, Vice President for Legal and Communications, along with other university personnel, accepted the prestigious award.

This recognition underscores the strong bond and enduring cooperation between Khon Kaen University and the 23rd Military District, reflecting the trust placed in the university’s contributions.
