“Today’s signing marks an important milestone as we partner with Vaxion Korea Co., Ltd. and Vaxion (Thailand) Co., Ltd., technology startups with deep expertise in their field. Together, we will empower our students for the global workforce, raise institutional brand visibility, and expand international marketing channels for KKU’s research-driven products and services,” said the Vice President.

The partnership covers professional internships, joint research, practical training, and promotional activities to strengthen KKU’s international recognition. The alliance will also support development of the KKU Market Platform into a high-performance e-commerce system, serving as a live digital marketing laboratory for students.

On the corporate side, Mr. Haejin Pyun outlined five pillars of Vaxion’s support: providing scholarships for student career growth; offering hands-on technical internships to develop entrepreneurial thinking; upgrading the KKU Market Platform; connecting university innovations to commercial investment pipelines; and expanding global capacity through joint academic initiatives.
“This memorandum represents more than a conventional corporate-academic alliance; it establishes a sustainable growth model combining student welfare and technological innovation. We firmly believe this partnership will accelerate KKU’s vision. Vaxion has always built platforms where technology and people thrive together, and we look forward to nurturing the future talents of Thailand for the global arena,” concluded Mr. Pyun.
This international collaboration directly supports Khon Kaen University’s core mission of creative economy contribution and lifelong learning, ensuring that university research and student capabilities deliver social and economic impact beyond the classroom.
