A key highlight of the morning session was the presentation of honorary plaques to 11 certified establishments that achieved rigorous food safety standards, followed by an educational demonstration on “Safe Food Selection Choices”.

The afternoon session featured a special keynote lecture titled “Future Food Trends Under Food Safety Standards”. Participants also viewed introductory video presentations and broadcasted highlights showcasing regional food safety activities implemented across various provinces.

Participation in this seminar underscores the vision of the Faculty of Technology as a leading organisation dedicated to driving social and commercial innovation. By actively tracking advancements in international food safety standards, the Faculty directly supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly regarding good health and well-being, as well as responsible consumption and production.
