Faculty of Education to digitalize the instruction at its demonstration school

On August 27, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sumalee Chaicharoen, a dean of education, together with a team of the faculty’s administrators, welcomed the presence of Professor Kanok Wongtra-ngarn prior to his special lecture hosted at KKU’s Demonstration School.

On August 27, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sumalee Chaicharoen, a dean of education, together with a team of the faculty’s administrators, welcomed the presence of Professor Kanok Wongtra-ngarn prior to his special lecture on the topic, “An instructional innovation for learners’ proficiency and learning development”. This new school of thought in teaching is challenging for instructional research and teaching. The demonstration school of Khon Kaen University is encouraged to integrate digital technology into all levels of their profession.

 

The meeting also disseminates ideas to increase the learners’ proficiency via KKU Smart Learning. The trainers for this session were; Asst. Prof. Dr. Kornwipha Phoonphol who provided techniques on Smart English Learning, Asst. Prof. Dr. Weerachai Sarakhon and Asst. Prof. Dr. Niwat Srisawat, for the ideas on Smart Mathematics Learning and Smart Science Learning, respectively. The heart of smart learning is the exploitation of technology to help create learning atmosphere and pave way for the learners to live their lives under the digital age.
